All Johansson branded products are manufactured and/or quality approved by UnitronGroup companies. UnitronGroup has been ISO 9001 approved since 1997 and ISO 9001:2008 certified since 2009, for all its manufacturing plants and operations. Our in-house Quality Assurance Procedures guarantee the highest possible quality level to our customers.

Our products and services are submitted to a range of quality controls, including:

• inspection of incoming goods
• quality checks throughout the different stages of production
• quality control on the finished products, by our independent quality control department

This system guarantees the delivery of products and services of the highest quality, to meet our customers’ requirements.

Manufacturing is highly automated and most products are 100% tuned and tested by computer controlled measurement equipment, thus eliminating all human-factor related defects. In this way, we can guarantee the quality of our products much more than competitors who rely on contract manufacturing, or who import from uncontrolled sources.
